Rockridge home sells for more than $500/SF

The market isn't down for everybody.  Rockridge completed construction of the above residence, located in Breckenridge's Sunbeam Estates, in 2007.  The home sold this month for $1,700,000, or roughly $520/SF.  Designed by Neely Architecture, the house features an expansive timber truss system through the Great Room and Kitchen, flagstone flooring throughout the primary common spaces, and a custom-designed fireplace hearth surrounding a 48" Rumford woodburning fireplace.  Click the photo above to view a Virtual Tour  of the Great Room and Kitchen.  This marks the second time that a home designed by Neely Architecture and built by Rockridge has sold for more than $500/SF.
